Business succession: Planning for the future of your business
The second webinar in our three-part series turns to what comes next. Once a business has grown and matured, owners need to think about how and when they may eventually step away. Whether that means a trade sale, management buyout, succession within the family or employee ownership, the decisions made well in advance can have a significant impact on value and on how smoothly the transition is managed.
This session will look at the main succession routes available, how to prepare for them and the practical steps business owners can take to put themselves and the business in the strongest possible position ahead of an exit or handover.
The webinar will be co-hosted by members of our Advisory team, Tax Partner, Thomas Adcock and Advisory Partner, Dan Rose, who work closely with businesses on the financial, tax and strategic considerations that come with growth, investment and change.
