Ben Miller
Partner - Bennett Thrasher’s
Ben Miller is a Partner and leader of Bennett Thrasher’s Transfer Pricing practice. He works with clients to design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies that align strategic business objectives with local and foreign transfer pricing rules and regulations.
Ben’s experience includes evaluating the transfer prices of tangible goods, intangible property, services and loans for various purposes, including penalty protection documentation, planning, international supply chain and debt restructuring, Advance Pricing Agreements, audit defense and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. His industry experience is broad based, with recent focus in manufacturing and distribution, technology, professional services and real estate.
Dave Holt
Partner - IP Solicitor - Potter Clarkson
A partner in Potter Clarkson’s litigation and licensing team, Dave specialises in non-contentious intellectual property law, with experience in significant contentious patent matters. Dave specialises in the biotechnology, synthetic biology and cancer therapeutics sectors, with a major part of his practice focussing on novel therapeutics.
In particular, his practice includes drafting highly complex, multi-jurisdictional agreements including licensing arrangements, research and development agreements and complex collaboration agreements, as well as providing commercially focussed IP strategy advice for his clients.
Esmé Swindells

Esmé has considerable experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as preparing patent oppositions and conducting freedom to operate and due diligence investigations related to a wide variety of patents in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields.
