Elinor Upjohn

Associate Director, Audit

Elinor is an ACA-qualified Associate Director with over eight years’ audit experience, working primarily with charities, Oxford Colleges and organisations in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

She delivers statutory audits and grant audits, and also acts as an Independent Examiner for smaller charities below the audit threshold. Here, she signs off independent examiner reports with a clear, structured and commercially aware approach.

As an ICAEW member and training counsellor, Elinor supports ACA trainees across the Gravita audit team, helping develop technical capability and practical confidence.

Her focus is on building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, efficient audits across the education, charity, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
