What to expect

Over the course of three years, you will progress from entry level to fully qualified accountant through a structured mix of technical training, practical case work, and client-facing experience. You will work with some of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, gaining the insight and confidence to make an impact to our team.

 

By the end of our Early Careers Programme, you will be fully qualified, promoted to senior associate, and ready to take the lead, applying the skills and knowledge you have developed throughout your journey at Gravita.

You will be joining a team with a proven track record of supporting junior talent, many of whom have grown with us to become Directors and even Partners.

Our recruitment process is designed to help us get to know you, and for you to get to know us. Here’s what to expect:

Step 1: Apply online

Step 2: Initial conversation

You will either have a video call with a member of our team or be invited to submit a short video introduction, so we can learn more about you and your motivations.

Step 3: Assessment centre

Take part in our assessment day, which includes a group activity, an individual presentation, and some skills-based testing. It’s a great opportunity to meet our team and experience our culture firsthand.

Step 4: Offer

If you are successful, you will receive your offer and begin your journey with Gravita!
