Why  Gravita?

As a medium-sized and growing firm, Gravita offers a high quality of training and cares deeply about ensuring that our developmental needs are met. They provide the required support to aid the smooth progression from a junior to senior associate role over the training contract.

What are some of the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities in your role?

Since becoming fully exam qualified, I have started leading audits. This primarily involves providing guidance to the junior associates on the team, gaining responsibility for the progress of work, as well as building rapport with clients and senior colleagues on the job through clear communication and applying initiative.
