Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and professional; she works hand in hand with FDs and business owners to relieve the payroll burden and alert them to areas that need attention. Rebecca goes the extra mile to understand her clients and their requirements to provide the best possible service, add value, and manage expectations accordingly.

Rebecca takes the stress out of complying with regulatory reporting requirements, and finds solutions to problems when they arise, so clients can focus on the running of their businesses. Rebecca joined Gravita in 2016 and has worked in payroll for over 18 years, seven of which were with a bureau environment. Some of Rebecca’s areas of speciality include:

  • Give as you earn
  • Setting up HMRC registrations
  • UK pension scheme set-ups
  • Complex reconciliations for historical errors

Rebecca expertise in managing teams means she knows how to run teams efficiently, engage the stakeholders at the right time, and mitigate any potential roadblocks to delivery.
