Simon Gateley

Group Head of Operations and Transformation

Simon started his career at EY as a Management Consultant, initially on a rotational grad scheme before focusing on large-scale digital transformations. Keen to expand is his experience he then joined a B2B start-up in the MarTech industry. This gave him an insight into venture-backed businesses and ignited his desire to work for a PE-backed business focused on growth.

Simon is Gravita’s Group Head of Operations and Transformation, ensuring a number of areas within the business are as efficient and data-driven as possible. He has a wide breadth of responsibilities, many of which entail supporting the Leadership Team to position the business in the best way to deliver a strong growth plan for the future. He feels very lucky to work with like-minded people, with similar values, all focused on helping us grow. On weekends, Simon follows his beloved Leicester Tigers around the country, loves to travel and stays active with an array of sport and endurance events.
