BPR webinar

BPR: Planning to Maximise Reliefs Before the April 2026 Changes

Protect your legacy. Reduce your tax liability.

Join us for a webinar on how business owners can look to safeguard their wealth and potentially still benefit from 100% tax relief on business assets before key changes take effect on 6th April 2026.

If your business is worth more than £1 million, this session will explain how to mitigate the risk of losing 20% of the value of your business to Inheritance Tax (IHT), by acting under the current rules.

Date: Wednesday 24th September

Time: 9-10am

What you’ll learn:
  • How to make the most of Business Property Relief (BPR) before the £1 million cap is introduced
  • Tax-efficient strategies including Trusts, Family Investment Companies (FICs), Growth Shares, and inter-spousal transfers
  • Why a robust business valuation is essential – and how HMRC is scrutinising them more closely
  • What steps other owner-managed businesses (OMBs) are considering in response to the upcoming changes

Why Attend?
  • Understand what the changes are and how they could affect you
  • Ensure effective estate planning to protect your business and pass it on tax-efficiently
