Tax Investigation Service
It's time to renew your Tax Investigation Service.
You might have recently received a communication from us by email regarding the renewal of your tax investigation service, which is almost due (1st October 2023), and we hope that you will continue to partner with us for this service.
Attached to the email you will have received from us will be a renewal invoice which sets out the amount due to cover you and/or your business from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. This invoice sets out how to make the payment as usual.
Payments must be with us by 23 October 2023 to avoid any gaps in insurance coverage.
As a small token of our appreciation for your patience, we have included free access to the Croneri My Business Hub in your interim renewal package. This gives you free access to a digital toolkit, provided by Croneri, that features real-world expertise at your fingertips.
What is in the My Business Hub?
The My Business Hub includes templates, policies, contracts, expert advice on all areas of employment law, health and safety, business legalities, and much more. It goes without saying that renewing your cover means you will continue to have our representation and protection from the risks, should you be unfortunate enough to be flagged by HMRC.
Your usual confirmation of service and VAT receipt will include a QR code to scan with your smartphone to register on the My Business Hub.
The Croneri leaflet attached to your correspondence should answer any questions you may have on the Hub, the tax investigation service, and why it’s more important than ever to keep protecting yourself and your business. However, if you feel we have missed anything, or would like to confirm any of the details contained in any correspondence you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us at feeprotection@gravita.com, or your normal point of contact.
