John joined Gravita at the beginning of 2023 and now serves as Gravita’s Group COO, overseeing the commercial, technology, operations, and transformation teams. His passion is helping companies grow by bringing scalable processes, data insight and new technology into businesses, improving both the client and team experience.

John has had a varied career in high-growth companies, with a focus on data and technology across a number of sectors from Media to Financial Services. His recent roles have included EMEA General Manager for an early global “unicorn” and COO in two venture capital businesses.

Away from work, John’s main passion is skiing, and spending time with his family.
