Our Non-Executive Chair, David Silver, joined us in February 2021 following growth investment from Tenzing. He is also Non-Executive Chair of Momentum ITSMA, the leading growth consultancy, a Non-Executive Director of Phaidon International, a global recruitment firm, a Trustee of the UK Kidney Association, a Trustee of The MS Society, and a member of The MS Society’s Appeal Board.

Earlier in his career, David worked in M&A advising entrepreneurs and private equity firms and led the European investment banking business of a US investment bank. He is a qualified lawyer with an MBA from London Business School. David is passionate about Gravita’s ability to support SMEs and drive change in the accountancy market. He works closely with our CEO, Caroline, in developing the strategy of Gravita and supports the broader management team in the development of the group.

Away from work, David enjoys travelling with his wife and two boys, and watching the latter play a huge amount of sport.
