Caroline Plumb: Moderator

Caroline Plumb OBE is a serial entrepreneur known for successfully building businesses such as Fluidly and Freshminds. She is the Group CEO of Gravita and has served as a UK Business Ambassador.

 

Caroline will share her extensive experience in VC and PE backed businesses at all stages as well as learnings from the multiple transactions she has been involved with. She also writes a monthly column for The Times covering small business issues and entrepreneurship.

Oliver Tonkin

CEO of BCB Group Leading global provider of business accounts and trading services for the digital asset economy.

 

Oliver is the co-founder of BCB Group, a leading digital asset prime brokerage, he advises on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, emphasising secure infrastructure for the cryptocurrency and blockchain economy.

 

As a former VC and lawyer, you will benefit from his expertise in private equity, venture capital, M&A and investment transactions. He advises on formulating growth strategies and providing clients with responsive infrastructure, Oliver has been instrumental in driving success for small and medium-sized businesses. He will bring to the table a wealth of insights in the dynamic world of tech, financial services, crypto and blockchain.

David Gilmour

Managing Director of Imperium Group – Fund services group based in Guernsey, Jersey and London.

 

David founded Imperium in 2011. Imperium now services over 1100 clients and administers assets of over £15billion from its four offices. Clients range from international High Net Worth individuals, financial services professionals, family offices and a number of larger Private Equity and Venture Capital funds. As CEO of the Group, he guides strategy and business development as the business continues to experience growth.

 

David is an entrepreneur and has an extensive background spanning start-up tech funds, private vehicles, unicorns, IPOs and listings. His knowledge extends to international perspectives and offshore advantages, providing a comprehensive understanding of the global landscape.
